Shipping

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
Products in stock, will be shipped on confirmation of the payment receipt, within 2-4 working days.
Once the order has been dispatched, We’ll send you an email confirmation and the tracking number.
You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with the logistics partner (DTDC/BLUEDART)
Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstance.

Advance Payment:

To secure your online booking, we require an advance payment, which is non-refundable.
This payment guarantees your chosen time slot and the dedicated attention of our skilled professionals.

Cancellation:

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without any additional charge.
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, the advance payment will not be refunded.

Rescheduling:

Clients have the option to reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty.
The advance payment can be adjusted once for the next available booking slot.

No-Show:

If a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the advance payment will not be refunded.

Exceptions:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

Refund Policy:

The advance payment is non-refundable under normal circumstances.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional situations, such as documented emergencies or severe dissatisfaction with our services.
